So I'm autistic meaning i get overwhelmed ALOT. (With other stuff)

Updates? No warning, no time to prepare, no nothing. You don't get to know what the new features are, you don't get to know what is coming or when.
It's all very overwhelming, even for the neurotypical people I'm sure.
(Neurotypical, someone with the standard brain type)

What can we do to fix this cuz iv had 2 melt downs so far cuz of it?
Make downgrading possible. We have it where we can force a upgrade but not one where we can go back? Silly, idiotic, and just down right unintelligent.

Allow for beta testing, I can't speak for all autistic people out here using these phones but I know if I get to mess with the settings and be able to figure out the features before hand I would be able to have less or no melt downs cuz of this. (Allow for a on and off feature for this so if we don't like it when can turn it off and down grade when it is released to all) I'd be willing to do this for free so I don't have to deal with the emotional and physical burden of a melt down.

Allow for a sign up sheet to get the new features in the update before hand. (Via text, email, or some other method) I understand not everyone wants to know before hand which is why when you get the new phone they should offer this, allow for you to be taken off this at any point someone may choose.

If none of these are a option. (I don't see why they can't be we have the technology for it) allow in display or some other way to disable certain features.
For example this update: the notifications and general settings being on different sides allow for us to be able to go back due to some people (typically women/abfab people) not being able to reach the other side of the screen with just their thumb).
As well as basic designs like changing our battery icon, something we don't think about often but is HUGE when it's different.

We add accommodations for every other major disability, allow for bigger text, and blind and hearing accommodations in the settings, why not for autism and sensory issues where this may be overwhelming.
(As well as it can affect people of the general public)

Though if you Samsung are unable to do any of this? Maybe don't be a phone company until you develop the tech for it, it's basic accommodations that should have already been provided back when smart phones were coming out due to us already knowing about autism in 1930 (if we didn't have a name for it before then)

Sincerely someone who wishes to not have more melt downs due to a phone company unable to provide basic accommodations that they could have asked for in 1 online post to ANY socail media sight.

We have known about oneui7 and the contents of the update since at least October of last year. Autism or no, the information has been available for a long time.

You can revert the notifications to the old method in panel settings.

Beta testing is available through the members app when betas are available. They are device specific and often restricted to unlocked and tmobile devices.

Official downgrading opens massive security issues.

There has been infinite discussion about what the update contains and its features.  Once the S25 was put on the market, you had the ability to take yourself to a Best Buy or your carrier store and test it out in order to prepare for what's coming.  Currently, there is no way to opt out of the updates, although I agree, there should be, as many people want to update on their own schedule not Samsung's.  So the next best thing would be to visit a store to prepare for what's coming.

As for your inclusion suggestions, I agree with you there, as well.  However, the whole issue and the points you bring up would be best addressed directly to Samsung, as this is a peer-to-peer user help forum. You can email the CEO.  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/email-the-ceo/ Perhaps they will take it under consideration.

With all due respect, YouTube has been full of videos of how-tos for months.

A YouTube video, for someone with sensory overload issues, would be unbearable.  Especially since many of the demonstrators a) speak too fast, b) too garbled, c) have undecipherable accents and/or d) speed through most of the settings.
