Does anyone know of any Samsung stores in Miami that do trade-in?

I am ordering though Samsung shop and they always cancel my order.

Samsung only accepts mailed trade-ins for devices ordered online or through the Shop Samsung app. They do not accept devices for trade-in in person. If you contact Samsung directly at 1-800-726-7864 they should be able to resolve the issue you're experiencing, or otherwise place the order you're trying to make.
