Phone link on PC not showing incoming message

I use the phone Link extensively for messaging due to my handicap. Sometime in March the messages from friends no longer show up in the message pane on the right side. They were however showing on the left side.

I went through resetting phone link in windows and clear the Link To Windows app on the pc to no avail. Can anyone help. Below are before and after. TIA

> check that both devices have a stable internet connection

> update the app on both devices to the latest version

> restart your phone and PC to fix any temporary glitches

> confirm the app has the right permissions (like access to messages and notifications) and isn’t being blocked by security settings

> sign out and back in on both devices to reset syncing

> try clearing the app’s cache on your phone.

If the steps listed above do not resolved your issue, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support.
