Problem loading "Discovery Plus"

Got Discovery Plus. It works with my email on phone and tablet, but not on the TV. They say it because I have (-) in my email address, it won't work on the TV. I have Netflix also and it is fine. Use the same email to log into Samsung . If I try a different address for Discovery Plus, the app won't open on the TV. 

Can I add the different email as a second address for the TV? The app won't let me cast from phone or tablet either. What do I do?
