I have been trying to contact Samsung Ecommerce and TD Bank with no success. I'm trying to purchase a phone using financing services, but payment does not get through. Per TD Bank my account was closed because of lack of activity, Samsung still has the ling to that account. TD Bank says they can't do anything since my account is closed, Samsung says they have no access to that information so they can't change my profile. Anybody has an idea or similar experience that can give me advice?
I have been back and forth between the 2 services, many phone numbers, normally TD Bank leaves you on hold forever at least Samsung commerce gives you the chance of a call back even if it's 1 hour later
