Q950A Soundbar Won't Connect to SmartThings

The soundbar was showing as Offline and nothing I did could change it so I removed the device from the app. Now, I cannot add it. Every time, it gets to the Adding device to SmartThings screen and after a few minutes, fails with Error Code: 15-200.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Galaxy Phone

I've tried installing the app on my iPad but same result.

I press the Network button on the bottom of the soundbar. NETWORK briefly scrolls across the display and if the app cannot see the soundbar, pressing makes the soundbar appear.

I've reset the soundbar.

I've connected my phone to both the 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks.

I removed the soundbar from my Samsung Account.

Every time I open the app, I get a pop-up asking me if I want to add the soundbar.

The soundbar is visible in Windows network and I can access it's properties.

This is driving me crazy.  What else can I do to get it working again?

Make sure all apps are up to date, and continue doing the same thing, I had a similar issue and it eventually fixed itself somehow
