Is there a remote program for controlling a Samsung smart TV? My older brother live 200 miles from me, I help him with his computer problems using TeamViewer. Is there a program like TeamViewer that I can use to help him with his Samsung Smart TV?
I am not sure about apps on computers, but I know that cell phones have apps on in Google playstore that will control a television. Just try looking on the playstore with your computer and search remote for samsung smart TV. Good luck
there's a number of apps available for windows that will act as remotes for samsung smart tvs over wifi, so you should be able to control the tv using the app through teamviewer, you'll have to figure out someway to see the tv screen though, like a zoom call on your phones, or w/e. most samsung smart devices (aside from their phones) use Tizen OS, which has a much smaller ecosystem than android
There's nothing like that for the TV. Your best bet is to do a video call with him and help him like that. I have a Samsung tv. Is there a particular problem he's having with his TV?
