Samsung should discontinue the testing feature for headphone jacks on its jackless phone models, given its exclusive reliance on the charging port and the widespread adoption of superior Bluetooth technology..

Even though the diagnostics test the charging port, and the wired headphones are connected to the USB/charging port, the headphone connection is a separate component of the port and needs to be tested separately.  As others have said, there are many people who, for whatever their reasons may be, still use wired headphones.  As I said before, it's not that hard to skip the test.

A14 has headphone jacks. It's pointless to run a hardware check prior to launching system diagnostics. It'll be something that could cause bugs where certain tests won't appear even though you have the hardware. Coding is complicated and this doesn't add value. I'm still mad about the S Pen. Wish I returned my phone in time...
