Sent S25 Ultra to have LCD replaced , was shipped back and the camera was not working and the adhesive on the front glass was coming out of the frame and the back of the phone had gaps where the adhesive was not applied all around the phone. Noticed the front facing camera was not working when I went to set the security feature of the phone up. Called Samsung and they stated the phone was out of warranty, took the phone to an authorize repair shop and they informed me it did not even have the camera module in the phone. Wow Samsung??????

Sounds as if they did not send your own phone back and sent you a refurb. Did you take note of your phone's serial number or IMEI before sending it in? Do you have the original package or receipt to compare?

They would not have had to remove your camera to replace a screen. Your phone may have been out of warranty, but if you sent the phone to Samsung for repair, the warranty for care while in their possession is implied. Also, whether under warranty or paid, the repair itself should be warrantied so, at the very least the phone should have been put back together properly and re-repaired free of charge if it was not.
