Samsung Apps and ServicesSounds as if they did not send your own phone back and sent you a refurb. Did you take note of your phone's serial number or IMEI before sending it in? Do you have the original package or receipt to compare?
They would not have had to remove your camera to replace a screen. Your phone may have been out of warranty, but if you sent the phone to Samsung for repair, the warranty for care while in their possession is implied. Also, whether under warranty or paid, the repair itself should be warrantied so, at the very least the phone should have been put back together properly and re-repaired free of charge if it was not.
You might want to email the ceo: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/email-the-ceo/
