Routines not working

Hello, For some reason all my routines do not work. Few work, like I have my phone unlocked when I am connected to my WiFi. But then I have one which increases brightness whenever I open the camera app. And few others which doenst get triggered. I have tried deleting and recreating those, switching on and off but still doenst work all the time. And its very random when they do work.

Phone - S22 Ultra

Version - One UI 5.0

Any suggestions?

I have setup a routine to turn on Hotspot when I'm connected to Cars BT and reverse when I turn off the vehicle but the revese action is not working

this is how I have set it up

I have routine to turn on Waze when I connect to My Car's Bluetooth but I cant get it turn off Waze when I disconnect from car's bluetooth

Make sure when you configure the routine it lists the actions to be reversed once the event is finished

it does but on screen it says "no action"
