Samsung Apps and ServicesI have an S7 phone. I have tried force stopping and clear cache/data. The app does not measure heart rate or oxygen level. Cleaned sensor as well. Does anyone know what else i can try?

Samsung Apps and ServicesHi @usero49H9WI3Pc ,
You can possibly resolve it by performing some basic troubleshooting steps:
Please check if there's a pending update of Samsung Health App in your phone on the Google Playstore or Galaxy app.
Uninstall/reinstall through Settings> Apps> Samsung Health> Uninstall, to install please open the Google Playstore or Galaxy Apps.
Please let me know if this helps.

Samsung Apps and ServicesHave you tried starting your phone up in Safe Mode and then opening up S health. If you are able to to this you may have a 3rd party app interfearing with your S health app.
S7 Safe Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until the "Power off"prompt appears on teh screen, then release
2. Touch and hold the Power off until the "Safe Mode" prompt appears
3. To confirm, tap Safe mode. THe process may take up to 30 seconds to complete
4. With Safe Mode enabled, test the device and app functionality
Be sure to click " ✔ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you

Samsung Apps and ServicesHello, sorry to hear you are having this issue. I would check Settings>Software Update to make sure that your phone software is up to date. You can also check and make sure your Samsung Health app is updated by following the instructions in this article: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00080581/
I hope that helps.
