The phone never updated when it said that their was a new update I clicked said not enough storage so I fixed that went back and tried and it said it was already updated. Checked to see and still at the 10 version not the 11. How do I fix this or who do I get in contact with???????? PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS
Your easiest way to get answer would be to check with your carriers tech support. if you're carrier tech support is not good, you will be forced to call 800 Samsung. they should be able to help you. good luck.
