No option to bring eSIM from old device.

Hi,

As the title says, Galaxy S22 Ultra (Unlocked) doesn't have the option "Bring eSIM from old phone" or the option to enter eSIM information manually. The phone software is up to date at the time of this post. My old phone Galaxy S21 Ultra had both the above mentioned options.

Check with your carrier

Take Sim out
Reboot
Insert and test

It is a Samsung unlocked phone. Does it still depend on the carrier?

Take the siim out
Then go and check for "Sim manager"

Did that. Still no option.

You need to contact your carrier they can assist you with the esim
