SAMSUNG 65 INCH TV HAS LINES AND TURNS OFF AND ON BAD WARRANTY SERVICE

THIS IS FOR ALL REPRESENTATIVES AND GENERAL PUBLIC

 

IT WILL BE THE LAST SAMSUNG PRODUCT WE WILL EVER PURCHASE.

( WHICH I AM STILL IN WARRANTY.)

 

WITH THE INEPT EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH SAMSUNG IN THE PAST MONTH IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

 

THEY PASS THE BUCK WITH THE RED TAPE AND HAVE YOU JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS AND WHAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH HAS MADE OUR HOME A VERY UNPLEASANT ONE DOING WITHOUT A TV.

 

ONE PERSON AT SAMSUNG DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING.

 

WE SAT AND WAITED FOR A REPAIRMAN.

AFTER A WEEK...............I WAS TOLD NONE IN OUR AREA.

 

SO GOING ON WEEK TWO

 

I ASKED FOR CREDIT INSTEAD OF REPAIR AND FILLED OUT ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, THE TV IS PICKED UP WHEN ALL STEPS ARE COMPLETED CITI BANK WILL ISSUE ME A REFUND.

 

THEY SEND YOU A TEXT TO VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS AND THE DOT NEXT TO YOUR ADDRESS IS GRAYED OUT AND YOU CAN NOT GIVE VERIFICATION SO ANOTHER SET OF CALLS AND ANOTHER WEEK HAS GONE BY FOR SOMEONE TO VERIFY OVER THE PHONE.

 

I READ ON THE NET SOME PEOPLE MAY NOT GET THEIR MONEY FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS SO I DIDN'T TRUST THEM.

 

I WAS GIVEN A NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL FOR PICK-UP AT KENCO TRANSPORTATION IN CHATTANOOGA TN.

THEY DON'T ANSWER AND THEIR MAIL BOX IS FULL.

 

I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO DEPT. IN THAT TRUCKING COMPANY AND THEY SAID WE ONLY DELIVER SAMSUNG TO MAJOR STORES WE DON'T PICK UP.

 

SO NO CONNECTION NO PICK-UP OF TV WHICH MEANS NO REFUND.

 

SO ANOTHER SET OF CALLS AND ANOTHER WEEK.

 

I HAVE PREFORMED ALL THE STEPS THEY PUT ME THROUGH ALONG WITH ALL THE STRESS.

 

I HAVE THE LUXURY OF NOT HAVING TO WORK SO I COULD DAILY DEAL WITH THE COUNTLESS CALLS, TEXTS, AND EMAILS.

 

THOSE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WORK AND DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO DEAL WITH THEIR GARBAGE, COMPLAIN OF HOW IRRESPONSIBLE SAMSUNG IS AND THEY MAY AS WELL THROW THEIR TV'S AND APPLIANCES AWAY.

 

THIS IS DONE SO THEY HOPE YOU DO GIVE UP

 

THEY TOSS YOU AROUND FROM STATE TO STATE WHEN YOU CALL OR EVEN OUT OF THE COUNTRY.

 

I WAS ON THE PHONE 3-4 TIMES A DAY.

THEY GIVE YOU A TICKET NUMBER AND EVERY TIME THERE IS A CHANGE YOUR ISSUED A NEW TICKET NUMBER AND RECEIVING AN EMAIL THIS CASE HAS BEEN CLOSE.

 

THIS MEANS ANOTHER SET OF CALLS TO SAMSUNG.

 

SO LOW AND BEHOLD GOING INTO THE FOURTH WEEK I GET A CALL FROM A COMPANY KNOWN AS SAMSUNG TRUCKING TO LET THEM KNOW IF IT WAS ALL RIGHT TO PICK UP THE TV.

 

I DIDN'T TRUST SAMSUNG ONCE OUR TV WAS REMOVED FROM OUR HOME.

 

I WENT TO BEST BUY AND AFTER 5 WEEKS OF BEING SHOVED AROUND BY SAMSUNG BEST BUY CAME THROUGH.

 

THIS WILL BE POSTED ON THE NET, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, RIP-OFF.COM, YELP, AND ANY OTHER SITE I CAN FIND.

 

SO AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED YOU ALL KNOW WHAT SAMSUNG CAN DO.

Well I have a similar issue with customer service so don't feel bad. I ordered 2 note 20 5g ultras from the website the first one I received was used and had documents in internal storage and fortunately I was able to send it back within the 15 day time frame. Fast forward a month later I ordered another new phone same model I get that one and once again it's used with documents in the internal storage. I have called and talked and done web chats and txt chats. Have been told ticket numbers that when I call back with that number they say is invalid been switched to dept to dept. Given fake 800 numbers to call, most of my calls have not been documented in the system. Was promised to receive a new phone nothing comes. Been told my case was escalated to wait 5 to 7 days for a call and nothing. Excuse after excuse and I was also told I purchased a remanufactured one when clearly my invoice shows I bought new. Now they say my serial number is invalid. I have over 1200 call hours spent 232 hrs in chats and nothing resolved. I was told in a chat "I demand you erase those files now" then she wanted to use smart tutor to get into my phone I politely denied that. It has been looked at 5 times using that app. So here is it almost 3 months later and I have a piece of **bleep** screen was broke camera scratched and speaker don't work. They want me to send it in under 1 year warranty but they will send me a remanufactured phone when they get this one back. NOPE I PAID FOR A NEW PHONE AND I WANT A NEW PHONE! I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the 1st one because maybe they grabbed a remanufactured one on accident and sent it to me. 1,400 dollars wasted and they now won't answer my calls text chats or web chats. They call me back and hang up so it looks like they do their job. They answer chats and then don't respond after I say my issue. Iam so so mad!!! Just know your not the only one with issues! Goodluck

SO WE JOIN THE **bleep** CLUB OF SAMSUNG PURCHASES.

I TOO FEEL FOR WHAT YOUR GOING THROUGH.

SAMSUNG HAS MANAGED TO MAKE OUR HOME A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLACE TO BE.

WITH WEEKS OF MENTAL STRESS.

I WILL BE COPYING MY POST TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, YELP.COM AND RIP OFF.COM AND ANY OTHER SPOT ON THE NET SO PEOPLE WILL HAVE A HEADS UP ABOUT SAMSUNG AND THEIR CUSTOMER NONE CARE.
