Samsung A16 Notifications Not Showing on Lock Screen / Home Screen – Need Help

Hi everyone🙂

I’m using aSamsung A16 and I’m having an issue with my notifications. When I receive messages or alerts, theydo not appear on my lock screen orhome screen after I unlock the phone. 

I already checked some basic settings, but I still can’t get them to show properly.

Could someone please help me understand how to fix this?

Here’s what I want to achieve:

I want notifications to appear on the lock screen.

I want to see app notification badges on the home screen icons

I want alerts to be visible immediately when I unlock my phone.

If anyone knows the correct settings or steps to enable this on theSamsung A16, I would really appreciate your help🙏

Notifications are already showing on your lockscreen in the form of icons (upper left). If you want cards, change this under settings > notifications > lock screen.

I checked it and I see the icons now on the lock screen 👍
I didn’t realize I had to change it to show the cards.
