Hello, i have been having this issue where i wasn't able to access my cloud drive storage (which has some memorable photos of my life, which i wouldn't want to lose).
The issue started when i decided to move/sync my Samsung Cloud Drive to the OneDrive storage. (which i was forced to because samsung cloud was about to shut down) I have waited 2 days and it's been stuck like this and i have yet to find any solution.
I did also open Samsung Cloud through my cloud app instead of my files, yet it's stuck on connecting.
I wasn't able to access nor log out/log in to the cloud drive, so please, if there is any solution i would be grateful.
