Well, who said you can not get rid of the useless weather information in Samsung Daily was wrong.
I tried to get help here but never saw a single tip or suggestion. How disappointing!
Since Samsung Daily won't update the Weather information as well as other information AUTOMATICALLY, JUST DELETE THE WHOLE APP!
I DID, NOW THE APP WORKS GREAT!!
