I have reset my password multiple times on the Samsung Elite app. It goes through all the verifications etc. and then once I am in, re-entered my username and password it tells me that I have been suspended. It offers an option for me to contact support by sending a request for help. I have done that 3 times with no response. There is an Elite advocate promotion I have been trying to take advantage of but cannot even access the app still. Can I get some help?
