Samsung Health - Food Units in Ounces instead of ML

I want to change the food entry units from ml to ounces.  For instance, coffee creamer only gives me units in ml instead of oz.  I don't want to convert all the time.  Any ideas?  No, there is NO way to change this in settings.

Hello. At present only these units are available. Upon switching to English (UK) you'll see kcal instead.
