Hello, 
I keep getting these insights and I cannot find a way to turn them off. 
Am 60 years old and use Samsung Health app the time. I love the app but it's terribly obnoxious to constantly get spammed by these ads. 
The ads tell me to work out more, but I'm an amputee and unable to walk. It's terribly obnoxious and offensive to walk more when I cannot.
The ads also try to give me coaching on sleep and I just don't need it or do I want it. I'm retired and I sleep/or don't sleep whenever my body needs. I've turned off sleep coaching but these spam ads ignore it.
I always down vote them, hoping the algorithm will get the message but the down votes appear to be broken because nothing happens. I would add a screen shot too but these doesn't seem to be a way to add them into the message. 
Can someone please tell me how to shut them off? It would someone have an email address or phone number to call? 
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
