I’m getting the “Samsung Health Monitor is not available in your current location” message, even though I’m in Puerto Rico — a U.S. territory subject to the same laws and regulations as the mainland. What makes this even more confusing is that SHM actually started working for me a little while ago on my Galaxy S25 Ultra. But after upgrading to the S26, it stopped working again.

It’s honestly frustrating to feel like we’re being treated as second‑class citizens when it comes to features that should be available across all U.S. regions. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer since the Galaxy S4, and continuously since the S8+, and it’s disappointing to run into the same issue over and over.

I just want the same functionality that any other U.S. user gets. Hoping Samsung can address this inconsistency.
