Hello All,

My Saved My Food List used to be alphabetized, but now appears in random order.  This makes it very difficult to log my meals as I have to search the entire list to find my food.

I have attempted to resolve this by clearing the cash, deleting my data, and re-downloading the data from

my Samsung account.  Nothing has solved this so far.  Various internet sources, suggested ways to solve this but none have worked out.  It appears these solutions worked but the current version no longer has this option.

Any Help Will be appreciated,

Steve R

Hi there @SFR1, and welcome to the Samsung Community! Weโ€™re glad youโ€™re here. We're sorry to hear your Saved Foods list is no longer showing in alphabetical order โ€” I know that makes logging meals much harder than it should be.
Here are a few steps that can help refresh the list and restore proper sorting:
1. Force Stop Samsung Health
Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Force Stop, then reopen the app.
2. Clear Samsung Health Cache
Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Clear Cache.
3. Check for Updates
Open the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store and install any Samsung Health updates.
4. Reโ€‘Sync the App
In Samsung Health: Menu > Settings > Sync with Samsung Account. Turn sync off, wait a moment, then turn it back on.
5. Refresh the List
When adding a meal, open Saved Foods and scroll to the bottom and back up โ€” this can sometimes force the list to reโ€‘sort.
Please let us know if this is of any help!

Nope. None of that worked.

Hello,

I went through steps 1-5, unfortunately this did not solve the problem.  If you have any other ideas, I be happy to try them.

Thank You,

Steve R

@SFR1 Sorry the troubleshooting didnโ€™t fix the issue. In the meantime, we recommend using the Samsung Food app for meal logging. It offers better food organization, and you can sync it with Samsung Health so your nutrition data still carries over.
To sync:
Samsung Food โ†’ Profile โ†’ Settings โ†’ Health Data โ†’ Samsung Health โ†’ Sync now.
Give this workaround a try and please let us know if it is of any help.

Do I assume correctly that I would have to reenter all nutritional values into the Samsung Food App?

Further, it appears if one can remember one word from your previously entered food, a search for that word will result in your item at the top of the search results.  I hope I am making myself clear.

Again,

Thanks for your Help,

Steve R

None of this works, the last update broke it.
