Galaxy A11 32gb/galaxy watch 5. Both up to date. samsung health deleted all my data from phone and cloud and stopped synching to samsung cloud. Cannot get it to start again. Reinstalledapp, changed old account password restarted phone and signed in again. No luck. Any ideas?
I don't even know what that means. What is a face? I've done everything that I'm supposed to do but for whatever reason at 2:30 AM on May 12, Health stopped synching and deleted all my info from the phone and apparently also my samsung cloud account
