Samsung Health isn't searching food

Samsung Health isn't finding any foods searched for.  This just happening to me or is it across the board?

I have the same non results. Just started this morning. Closing app and turning phone off then on did not help.

Same here. It'll pull up recebt stuff on my favorites and drop down stuff I tend to have with it and I can select those. I can't search anything new though.
