Samsung Internet not blocking redirects and using Chrome features

Recently my Samsung internet has been buggy and it opens with "Google/Chrome" features instead of Samsung ones. It's no longer blocking redirects and is also no longer giving me a message when I'm going to unofficial sites. I stopped using Chrome be ausr of this. Any suggestions as what to do? Here ia a clip of a redirect:

"site can’t be reached 

https://api.taboolanews.com/2.0/json/samsung-carnival-us/recommendations.notify-click?app.type  is unreachable."

Just ti be clear your opening Samsung browser and it's going to chrome or what do you mean the settings shouldn't of changed

Correct and l fully agree/reality however is Google appeared and Samsung app on device lm not able to switch them
