Samsung Members App: Where's the options to free up memory and put apps to sleep

What happen to the feature from the old App free up memory  where it puts apps to sleep at the same time. The new updated Samsung Members App doesn't have that option. It just has the automated diagnosis option. Does anyone know where that free up memory or add memory is in the updated app or is there another Samsung app that I can get with that feature. Please help thanks

There's stuff in Battery
Also check in Memory
And in Diagnostics
