In my Samsung Members App, I see that there is a reward system for game play/interaction as well as app interaction, via Galaxy Store. When I attempt to open this particular offer/notification, all that happens is, a new tab, (screen) opens up, it loads for all of 10 seconds, then gives me an error sign, & informs me- "Error Code! We're sorry! We cannot open this request at this time. Please try your request again later!" (Something along those lines.) Each time I have tried again "later" I get the same error code. In short- all information, reward, available service that is advertised in my "Samsung Member" App will NOT open & continuously gives me an "error" code. Any ideas on what I can do to improve my "Samsung Members?"
