Samsung Notes Feature Request urgent

I want to request  some feature in samsung notes app if could keep in next update.

1. Need an ability to view outline like that of adobe when viewing large pdf . Please make an easy outline button so that we can make new outline of the notes and also which enables us to view already embedded outline of the pdf .Here outline means like that of adobe reader pdf outline.Like this in picture: 

 

2. Let us link different pages of notes with a hyperlink like feature which enables us to jump from one  page to another.

3.Infinite canvas like that of one note.

4. A Button such that if we want that individual note to sync or not in the cloud.

5. While viewing pdf I want to comment something but i dont want to add it on the pdf as annotation but i want a linked page that opens up where i can write . Like a feature so that we can embed a page on that pdf which opens up when we tap an icon on that specific page where we commented
