Tag icon in the menu bar: tap that to set a tag, which launches the tag options box.
Tag icon could have a solid fill when it has been set on a page. No solid fill if no tag has been set.
(Currently this is accessed via the top right 3-dot menu, tap Edit Tags, then set the tag, then tap Save. There is no indication on the page or menu bar to show if a tag has been set or not).
Could also have a separate icon for favorite tag. This could be a tag icon with a star on it. User defines that tag in settings. With one tap it applies the favorite tag word to the page. Also shows when applied or not on a page via icon fill/no icon fill. Applied use: one-tap ToDo tagging.
