We should just be able to instantly put in the code for an app straight from our keyboards by actually accessing Samsung Pass in Samsung Keyboard instead of some support factor or some **bleep**. I normally just have to wait for the pop-up in the keyboard, but that's rare. Instead, I have to go out of my way to open Samsung Wallet and get the code myself. Pathetic. Y'all need to get on it because I don't like having to do all of the work when I could just tap Samsung Pass in the keyboard, tap the code, and go. It would be as simple as that. Instead of apps "requesting" it, in the case it doesn't show up when we need it, and don't feel like going all the way to Samsung Wallet, we can just tap the code and go. Samsung Wallet/Samsung Pay now has two things to improve upon.

That's the thing: I already have that enabled, and yet it is lacking in Two-Step verification other than waiting for some support factor from the app.

Two-Step verification or Two Factor Authentication (2FA) codes are generated, in part, by the third party app or website that you are trying to access; therefore, Samsung has no way of providing you with the code via the Samsung Pass app, now in Samsung Wallet, as they aren't a 2FA app. Samsung Pass is simply a password vault.

I've been able to use Samsung Pass as a 2FA app for quite a while. Have you not noticed it? You can use Samsung Pass/Wallet as a 2FA app. I have been using it for a good while now, and I have no regrets using it other than the time issue. All I have to do is go to an account or create one in Samsung Wallet, and tap "Set up" at the bottom, and before you know it, you have 2FA via Samsung Pass!

Hmm. Who knew. Thank you.

I actually use a cross platform password app called Enpass (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.enpass.app), which means it's not only on my s23 Ultra and Watch4, but it's on my Windows PC and Surface Pro 8 as well. One ring to rule them all, my Precious.

For 2FA is used the Microsoft Authenticator app for more than a decade.

Sometimes, people need to look for the features, instead of using the service wrong. People never realize that Tech Companies hide the best features in plain sight. You're welcome, by the way.

I usually enjoy digging around my phone for such things. If I knew it was there before, I'd forgotten it, as I been using Microsoft Authenticator for a very long time and didn't need the functionality. I use Samsung Wallet to make payments instead of using my physical credit card. Paying via NFC as become very common in my area and I appreciate the magnetic payment feature when I come across a vendor that has not upgraded their payment system.

Thanks again for reminding me that the feature was there.
