Samsung Store New Benefit Feature is Bad

I love this idea in general earning points by doing tasks and by watching ads, it's a nice small thing for people who own a Samsung phone to take advantage of. But somehow as usual Samsung has to add something that makes the whole thing completely worthless. 

You cannot redeem your gems because there is no coupon left, the only thing left is 100$ gift card or a 10% off coupon. This doesn't really feel fair when I can earns gems no matter when but then your going to "reset" all my progress at the end of the month even I have enough gems to get an actual reward but can't. It makes it less about how much work you put into it and more so a race to the finish so you can get rewards before they run out.

Either remove the cap on digital rewards or remove experiation. I don't feel like it's fair to have both of those if you aren't going to restock rewards daily or weekly.

Why does Samsung seem to fumble everything new they do?

@Amtrakacela75 It seems some people are having issues seeing some of the available prizes. I still see all of the available prizes. If you haven't done so already, I would send feedback to Samsung via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send feedback

Are you in the US? Almost all the prizes show 0 left available there only 3 prizes left with any stock

Yep in the US but I misunderstood where you were referring to. I get it now. Clicking into the prizes does show that most are gone, as you mentioned.

Yeah, I been saving up points and went to see if I could get a gift card and anything that's slightly a good deal is gone, feels kinda lame. Don't like that everything going to reset each month if you aren't gonna make sure there always prizes available to use your points on

I have collected over 50K Gems yet couldn't spend them since all their prize stock is nonexistent. This is "Fake Exclusivity". It makes Google's Play Points that much more better. On top of these gems expiring at the end of each month is the cherry on top.

I just used 20,000 of my gems to get a $10 gift card, that I literally just found out that can only be used on the samsung.com website. There is nothing there that I can purchase for $10 for any Samsung product I own. Everything is above $10 for my Samsung Galaxy A15 5g and my Galaxy watch 6 classic. I don't even think they sell anything for either on their website anymore. Then when you look at the gift card info in the coupon section it says that gift card can be stacked. Lol!!!! I'm like "HOW!!" because they make it so difficult to obtain any of them. Then, I feel like the gift cards are completely worthless because they can't be used in the Samsung store app, only on the Samsung website. Which is what I thought the gifts card was for. I waisted my time trying to get all those gems for nothing. Now I'm stuck with an unusable gift card in my coupon section. They will have to scrap this benefit program sooner or later. This isn't going to work out at all.

@EightiesBayB Sorry but the items specifically state "Galaxy Store coupon" or "Samsung.com gift card". The Samsung.com gift card can also be used in the Shop Samsung app. 

If you decide to buy something that is say $50 on Samsung.com, you can use your gift card for $10 of that. So you would only need to pay the remaining $40.
