the Samsung Wallet Secure pin process will hard crash Samsung wallet while a process is running in Picture in picture/having multiple windows open.
It can be reliably triggered while running youtube in PiP, it does not matter if its playing a video or not. just having it open is enough. When it crashes, attempting to close wallet will not fix the app. force stopping a closed process will not fix the app. only a full device reboot will restore app functionality.
Attempted an uninstall/reinstall of Samsung Wallet: Problem persists, can still be reliably triggered

thank you for confirming that youโve completed steps 1โ3. As noted, Step 4 directs you to contact our Samsung Pay (wallet) support team for further assistance, regrettably you have reached the Samsung Community team.
However, you can reach the correct Samsung Pay (wallet) department online by opening the Samsung Pay (wallet) app on your phone, tapping Menu, then Help. From there, you can send an email inquiry by selecting Contact us.
They also offer phone support at +1 844-SAM-PAYS (726-7297) if you prefer to speak with someone directly
Be sure to click " โ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
