Kudos to Samsung support. I had an issue with the new Wallet a few weeks back and ended up on the phone with support. They had no solution to the problem, and were quite surprised with the issue I was having. After the update to the Wallet app a couple of weeks ago, the app began performing as intended.

Here are the kudos: today I received a call back from the individual from tech support who tried to help me weeks ago. He wanted to see if my problem had been solved. I told him it had.

Excellent work, Samsung. Never expected a call back! Good job!
