Samsung Apps and ServicesAh yes, the classic โtrust me, broโ warranty horror story, bold claim, zero details.
My own firstโhand experience with Samsung has been the exact opposite. When the S25 Ultra camera issue hit a few units, I mailed mine in and had it back in 10 days flat, fully repaired and flawless ever since.
So, unless your โexperienceโ involved smoke signals and wishful thinking, Iโm going to stick with the company thatโs actually come through for me.

Samsung Apps and ServicesBought a pair of Pro3 buds. They worked fine, until they didn't. Called Samsung and spoke to an agent. He really didn't want to talk to me. Once I got his attention, we discussed my problem and I was told nope, can't help you, you'll need to go back to Costa Rica to get service. No love. No explanation. Just, go away. So, I trashed them and bought a pair of JLabs comparable pair for only $100, and they are perfect.
I emailed the president of Samsung USA and never even received a form letter.
So, yes, I have details. And they are ugly. Do some research on Samsung warranty and you'll see. You are the exception.

Samsung Apps and ServicesWell I can give you details on how they don't stand behind their warranty! I have a refrigerator, it was registered when I bought it, within a month the ice stopped working. They didn't fix it. But my name and all info was logged. Fast forward 4.5 years later and the whole darn thing dies! I call, they assign a service person who will gladly charge me 150$ to wait 16 days to show up for no reason at all because he doesn't repair any big parts like their compressor which is warrantied for 10 years. Since he is 16 days out I call someone else, they show up in 4 days! Yay! Nope not yay. They can't take their word on it, you have to have their service guy tell them. Now I'm out the 100$ for the other company because who would have thought. So I call there guy hoping to speed up the fix and maybe have him bring the part when he comes, you know like save time! Now their service guy says, "I don't fix that"! But they still need him to come and report back that it really is that part, and no, he doesn't fix it. So the wait begins. Finally he is here, and he calls from my kitchen and tells them whats what! Takes pictures documents it all and walks out the door saying they will call you! Sure! I wait a week, no call. In fact since he doesn't fix that, they CLOSE the ticket! I'm told there is no one so now I need to prove I bought it. If I can't find the receipt and don't have the documents from the repair guy that he didn't do as a physical thing, he did it on the phone. If I don't have those things they won't fix it. Now the argument begins. Back and forth, opening tickets and closing tickets with a, it's not warrantied email! But I know from there rep that not only is it under warranty , but they also have to cover labor because it's under 5 years. Well it's been 35 days since my refrigerator died and again this morning my text message was prove you bought it. And their solution, I can pay for the repair and turn in the request to get paid. After 35 days and all this **bleep**, I don't TRUST THEM, plus the part without labor is 1200-1400$ the frig was only 1800.. seriously! After the labor I bet it will cost more then the original price! . ...so there you go, there's the info behind claims if they don't stand behind there warrenty. Making me pay for a new refrigerator almost is not servicing the product. That's trying to weasel out and find ways to not stand behind their warranty. And if you think I would be dumb enough to even buy another Samsung product you are crazy. Oh. And I'm sharing my experience as often as I can, we all know that sharing how well a company treats there customers goes a long way!
