Samsung health won't track anything

It won't let me track my stress levels, heart rate, steps, etc. I need to track them because I have a heart condition and I workout everyday. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it didn't work. Someone help me 😞

What model phone are you using? Are you also using a fitness watch or other wearable?

I am currently using the S10 and no I don't use any wearables nor fitness items. I just use the sensor to track my data

You've downloaded and installed the app, open the app, scroll down to the Stress section, tap Record, place your finger on the back sensor and nothing happens?

Not really, I got app but it doesn't give me an option to record its just a blank space and when I click on heart rate section it just takes me to all the recorded heart rates from the past

Permissions, ensure Body Sensors is allowed

Hmm it said I didn't have any permissions to the app including sensors. I turned everything back on and refreshed the app but it still didn't fix it. Maybe I have to uninstall and reinstall the app again?
