Samsung keeps canceling my order.

I have been trying to preorder the Zfold 3 ever since preorder started, as a matter of fact any I try to buy from Samsung gets canceled after a few minutes after receiving the order received email. I have tried everything from clearing the cache from the app or ordering from a computer same thing happened or ordering in live chat, using different payment methods. When I emailed e-commerce they said if the system is rejecting me there isn't much they can do. I know I can buy it from a carrier but I just want it unlocked. Does anybody else have the same problem?

Had a problem unlocking. Even with the store. No longer open .The carrier unlocks certain phones. Once the phone agreement and the carrier agreement is not honored. It should be a full refund. But Samsung and a carrier won't contend on the very most cost customers are stuck in
