Samsung members app not working in my country

Hello, my samsung members app will not work, it keeps giving me an error message telling me that samsung members is not available in my country (I live in the US and I'm using a Galaxy A21). Please send help :folded_hands:

I wonder has Samsung discontinued support for that particular phone, just a thought.

I don't think so, on the account of it being a 2020 phone but I'm not sure.
