The posts seem to follow roughly the same format. I'm not sure why they can't put safeguards in place to automatically detect, filter, and ban those posts. Only verified profiles should be allowed into the forum.

It's been like this for months. Samsung has demonstrated a frankly embarrassing inability to prevent this, but they'll distribute bans to legitimate users for the most absurd of reasons.

No, I deleted the old Samsung members account with their request process first and then created a new members account using the same email address.
