I don't know what else to do. I've been trying to use my samsung money member by sofi discount for 2 weeks now. I've used it before with no issue but now when I try it just opens the shop samsung app and doesn't give my money member discount or show I'm a money member. If I delete the shop samsung app and try it opens a browser to the samsung store and works but the browser version is harder to navigate than the app. Any help is appreciated
No idea then cause as long as shop samsung is installed it always opens the shop samsung app when I open my discount page from the wallet. Always been that way for the few years I've had the samsung money sofi account. It only recently within the past 2 weeks stopped giving me my discount through the app
