I bought my Galaxy s21 ultra a few weeks ago and have been trying to set up Samsung Pay ever since. It keeps getting stuck on Verification method, both fingerprint and PIN (see image below).
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and also tried resetting the app entirely but am still having the same issue.
Any idea what's gone wrong?
I can see how this issue can be problematic. I would recommend making sure your phone is up to date on its software. I would also try clearing the cache on the phone. I also would try giving our Samsung pay department a call (844-727-2976)
