A couple steps to do you have to go into your Samsung Shop app through the settings and use apps, locate Samsung shop you'll be able to give it permissions and so on and be able to check the memory the storage and the battery, it's the storage you want. Empty the cache, regardless of what the message says empty it. Back out of the storage go to the bottom of the page, then you have to force stop the app, this may take a few attempts to keep it on force stop.
