Samsung wallet Cashback

I have a fair amount of money in my Cashback wallet and everyone I try to redeem it I get a success page and then seconds later a notification to contact rewards customer service via phone. I tried contact them but they have no idea what's going on and are of no help. 

Has this been happening to anyone else?
