Secure Folder password fix still not working!

• Correct password for Secure Folder is NOT accepted.
• DOES NOT give 'Reset Password' or 'Forgot Password' option.
• Cleared cache and data and nothing happens.
• 'Uninstall' option appears.
• PLEASE HELP!!

Restart the phone, then go to secure folder. If wrong password is entered, presumably it should show 'Forgot password? '

I am also having this problem and there is seemingly no solution as all sites suggest entering the wrong password and then option to reset which is NOT appearing at all. HELP!

If the option to reset is not showing up, then there is no way to get into Secure Folder. The option to "Reset with Samsung account" had to have been enabled when you set the pin/password.

😥 For the first time ever. I am disappointed with Samsung. My secure folder was working just fine before the update. Now I cannot get in it and I have pictures of my deceased grandparents in there that I cannot get back or replace.
