Secure folder stopped getting notifications

At some point a couple weeks ago my phone stopped getting almost all notifications except system notifications. The problem seemed to start after opening secure folder on accident, however after restarting phone and unlocking secure folder dozens of notifications will come in all at once. I've tried uninstalling secure folder, changing app notification settings and clearing system/app cache as well as uninstalling/reinstalling affected apps.

Check in the battery settings, maybe this apps which you're referring are put in deep sleep and that's why they don't get notifications
