Samsung Apps and Services
As a son who does nearly everything phone related for my parents, I just need to brag about Samsung Smart Switch. Recently my dad had to get a new device because his screen was accidentally broken by a heavy object being dropped right onto it.
I am constantly AMAZED at the capabilities of Samsung Smart Switch. Within 30-45ish minutes his entire phone was restored to "normal" every app, every detail...even the home screen setup and arrangement of the apps.
5 star plus plus plus Samsung and another reason I will ALWAYS buy Samsung for myself and my family (parents, siblings and someday children).

I used a similar app when I was using OnePlus. The only difference. OnePlus doesn't require a data or WiFi connection. I haven't used smart switch so I'm not sure it's capabilities. But if it's like the OnePlus app, it sounds very effective.

Smart Switch can be used via WiFi or directly connecting the devices with a data cable. As far as I am concerned it's perfection (and yet knowing Samsung they'll find a way to make it even better!) when it comes to upgrading, getting a warranty replacement or whatever other reason you may need/want to copy data from one device to the other.

Agreed! I busted my phone when I had the Note 10+ back in the day... the regular digitizer was broke, but the digitizer for the S Pen still worked. So even though I could access some things, I lost access to wallet bc Knox wouldn't allow me to use the S Pen to enter my pass code. Long story short.... when I went to the Note 20Ultra the smart switch brought everything back... then When I xfer'd to 23+, Smart Switch cloned it all over again. It's truly amazing!
My only regret was being impatient, and not waiting for the 23ultra to be restocked at my local store so I settled on 23+. Oh well, I'll upgrade in a year and get the next new thing at that time.
I am definitely a Samsung user for life, as well!

As an avid technology and Samsung fan, I'd love to be able to update annually, but unfortunately the job/pocketbook don't quite allow for that yet. Some day! But when that day comes to pass -- I will DEFINITELY utilize my beloved Smart switch.

I have never yet connected my S22U to my computer, and I think I'm missing out of a lot that thus device is capable. Do you use or ever use an app called " Air Droid. "
I assume with the USC-C, my computer will pick up my S22U once the drivers are installed. I would like to take more advantage of my device. I have a 10gig bit connection on Comcast, and phone service is through Verizon. Hope any of that information helps. Thanks for reading my post.
