I've connected, disconnected, and reset all my airtags as well as uninstall and reinstall Smart Things. I cannot seem to get all 3 of my Smart Tags to connect at the same time.

The unconnecting devices give random very vague location updates but I cannot use the search nearby feature nor have the smart tag ring from my app.

I've lost my wallet a few times now and only got it back due to good samaritans and not the Tags.

When I click into the ones labeled "Nearby" I get this page and it doesn't connect.

Check Bluetooth your phone and the SmartTag.

Range: Ensure the SmartTag is within the Bluetooth range of your phone (typically 10 meters or 33 feet).

Battery: A dead battery can prevent the SmartTag from connecting. Check the battery and consider replacing it if needed.

Pairing Mode: Verify that the SmartTag is in pairing mode (usually indicated by a blinking LED).

Device Visibility: Confirm that the SmartTag is discoverable by your phone.

2. Resetting the SmartTag:

Through the SmartThings App:

Open the SmartThings app and navigate to the SmartTag's settings.

Delete the device from the app.

Follow the prompts to add the SmartTag back to the app.

Physical Reset:

Open the battery cover and remove the battery.

Press and hold the button on the SmartTag while reinserting the battery.

Hold the button for 5 seconds, then release.

Close the battery cover.

I've done all these steps to all 3 devices a few times over now. And despite all 3 being in the same room, not even a foot from the phone, all three devices refuse to connect. Only one will connect at a time.
