When I first got my phone I had no problem using smart view with my TV until about a week ago. I have a Vizio smart TV and had my galaxy s9 plus connected to it with no issue. When I upgraded to the S21 Plus I was also connected for about a week. Now it will not connect. I have checked for software updates on my TV and phone. Nothing works. It's the smart view service on my phone that's not working NOT a smart view app. I have also called Samsung but they keep asking to do what I have done already. Is anyone else having this issue??

Thank you for that information  I would recommend reaching out to our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864 so they can remote into your device to see the symptoms you are experiencing with your phone pairing to your TV.

no error message the circle just keeps spinning looking for the TV. It picks the TCL TV up right away in my living room.

I have already spoken to them about it. They weren't showing any updates. Is there a way to tell on your end if the S21 Plus is compatible with Vizio?
