Smart view settings

The aspect ratio is grayed out on my phone and it said to sign in to my account. I did that and still grayed out. I rebooted and still grayed out. What else can I do? I want to change adpect ratio to full screen.

clear the app cache/data and force close it, then reopen it

That will not fix Aspect Ratio settings since the host is unknown till the connect is made

i assume theyre already connected or they wouldnt have an aspect ratio that needs changing since smart view is essentially casting .

First Open the smart view and then choose the device that you are trying to connect to, after you connect with the device it will allow you to change the settings
