Smarttag missing at Smartthings

I bought a pack of 4 smarttags. Initially, I configured 3 of them, and travelled to my hometown, but forgot one of the tags home. While there, I gave 2 of my tags to my in-laws. To do that, I removed two of the tags in my account, leaving just one in my account. I could still track the remaining tag from my account on my way back home. 

Today, I went to configure the remaining tag. I couldn't make it connect to my phone, so I found instructions on how to reset it (removing battery). When I added it to my account, I noticed that the other tag had disappeared. 

I first thought that I had removed it by mistake, but when I went to add it back, it says that it's already linked to another account. I don't understand because it should be linked to my own account (and it was until this morning). What can I do?

My initial guess was that it was on my phone without my Samsung account activated (I don't know how it would store it).

When I added the new one, it asked to update something and it's like I activated my Samsung account on Smartthings, but now I cannot go back to the previous state. 

I don't know if it makes sense. But one thing that I noticed is that, previously, I think that I could only see my Smarttag (the one that vanished), my phone, and my watch. Now, I see the new smarttag (added today), my phone, my watch, my fridge (also samsung), and my earbuds. So, something changed, but I can't figure out what.

Have you tried opening the Smartthings app then hitting the + then add favorites? You may be be able to add them from there, just something you can try.

It doesn't work either. I think I need to find  to which account it's tied. IT should be mine, but I can't see it.

I did reset the tag. But when I try to add it, it says it's configured for another account, which is why I'm lost. It was under my account. Darn, I travelled from another country and tracked my luggage with it. When I added the other tag, then this one disappeared. I'm really confused on how that happens. Now I have basically a useless tag.
