I have the galaxy a53 not a big phone guy some reason my text from a few people don't come threw til 4 or 5 a.m no particular time happens almost daily anyone else have this problem

Try clearing your text messaging app's cache/data: open device settings (cogwheel icon)>apps>Messages>storage> clear cache/data/force stop>restart phone.

If that doesn't work it might be Carrier delay issues. I know the a53 to be a budget phone but it shouldn't be delayed that much.

Oh! There can also be a accidental "night mode or notification sleep/mute/Dnd 'Modes' enabled".

In settings look for (Modes and Routines)
Make sure none of that is set to block notifications.
